Job summary

EyeCare Partners seeks an Optometric Technician to support the Total Patient Experience. You will perform initial testing and operate optical equipment to prepare patients for exams with an Optometrist, while maintaining a courteous, efficient clinic flow.

Primary duties include assisting with testing, following routines for photos and visual fields, and ensuring a clean, compliant office environment. Some travel to other sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous medical office experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year in a role interacting with customers/patients.

Responsibilities

• Embrace and execute the Total Patient Experience to build relationships with patients.
• Comply with HIPAA and company policies.
• Operate ophthalmic testing equipment (lensometers, autorefractor/keratometer, retinal camera, visual fields, OCT).
• Assist with basic office duties and support a positive patient-focused environment.
