Qualifications

• Medical environment experience supporting doctors is preferred.
• Completion of Optometric Technician training or CPOT certification is a plus.
• Familiar with healthcare tech systems and eyewear products.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between doctor and patient to build rapport.
• Perform preliminary clinical data collection (autorefraction, visual acuity, etc.).
• Support in-person and video-assisted eye exams when available.
• Train staff on insertion/removal training for contact lenses.
• Manage appointment flow and keep patient records accurate.
• Assist with reports to medical professionals as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA/privacy compliance and clinic cleanliness.
• Support retail team as directed by Store Leader.
