Job summary

Total Vision LLC in Camarillo, CA, seeks a friendly front-desk/medical assistant to greet patients and manage pretesting before eye exams. You will handle phones, scheduling, and messages, while performing routine pretests such as blood pressure and visual screenings.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English/Spanish, with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced ophthalmic setting. Experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.contextual requirement.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Experience in ophthalmic/medical environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and prep them for pretesting before the exam.
• Handle administrative duties: answering calls, scheduling bookings, transcribing messages.
• Perform pretesting tasks: blood pressure, NCT, color and stereo, autoperimetry.
