LensCrafters in Concord, NH seeks an Optometric Technician to deliver the LensCrafters Experience. You will assist the optometrist, collect medical history, prep patients, and ensure accurate data entry and filing while upholding HIPAA standards.

The role emphasizes patient-focused service, teamwork with doctors and retail staff, and providing a seamless exam experience. Prior healthcare or retail exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Input data using the CIAO system with accuracy.
