Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry in good standing.
• Demonstrated leadership/management skills.
• Knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling vision for the marketplace and set goals with leadership to drive results.
• Manage KPI performance and ensure accountability.
• Establish LensCrafters as a medical eyecare provider in the community.
• Lead the in-market team around medical optometry and services.
• Provide patient-centered care and eyewear solutions across the customer journey.
• Oversee staffing, training, and performance feedback.
• Maintain licensure and continuing education.
