Job summary

LensCrafters in New Jersey is seeking a store leader to deliver the LensCrafters Experience by partnering with the Managing Doctor to ensure top-quality eye care and smooth patient flow. You will drive key performance indicators, coach staff, manage scheduling, and handle patient data with HIPAA-compliant processes while promoting products and services to patients.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a focus on delivering exceptional service in a busy retail clinic

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• Excellent patient service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.
• Sales skills and strong communication.
• Ability to manage time and work independently.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Improve OD NPS, patient retention and exam growth.
• Communicate importance of annual eye exams and TAB performance.
• Attract new patients to the practice.
• Lead OD labor model and schedule Pre-test staff.
• Greet patients with a positive attitude.
• Answer calls promptly and courteously.
• Explain paperwork, tests, insurance benefits, products/services and timelines.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and data in TAB/POS.
• Train and certify new doctor-office staff.
• Order contact lens trials in advance and manage stock.
• Assist in recruiting doctor support staff.
