As a licensed dispensing optician, you will explain prescription terminology, help customers select frames, and collaborate with teammates to provide outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license.
• ABO certification is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with customers to help meet eyewear needs
• Take and record measurements, adjust eyewear with accuracy
• Check eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers
• Collaborate with team to ensure exceptional service
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, fit and lifestyle
• Contribute to best-practices for sales and service across the organization
