Qualifications

• A licensed dispensing optician in licensing states, or ABO-certified optician where licensing does not apply.
• Passionate about eyewear and retail.
• Clear, effective communicator who explains terms to customers clearly.
• Dedicated to going above and beyond to help customers and teammates.
• Energetic, positive team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Extremely detail-oriented with a wide range of responsibilities.
• Open-minded and eager to continuously learn.
• Takes work seriously but not themselves.
• Not listed on LEIE.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to help meet all of their eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with flawless accuracy.
• Check that finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with your team to form best practices for sales and customer service.
