Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional service and solutions.
• Help customers select frames and lenses based on prescription, fit, and lifestyle.
• Share best practices for sales and customer service across the organization.
• Represent the brand and educate customers about Warby Parker values.
