Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of optical experience, ABO certification, and strong customer service skills to support a fast-paced practice and achieve sales goals in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of optical experience.
• ABO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review prescriptions and help patients select eyewear based on vision needs and lifestyle.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on frames, lenses, and optical products.
• Build relationships with patients through outstanding service.
• Work toward sales goals while keeping patient needs at the center.
• Manage and maintain frame and eyewear inventory.
• Perform eyewear adjustments and repairs.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff on prescriptions and patient needs.
• Support and mentor newer Opticians with optical knowledge.
