Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a skilled Optician to join our in-house optical team. You will help customers select frames and lenses, take precise measurements, and ensure eyewear meets our standards.

You will explain prescription terminology and options while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should be licensed dispensing opticians (ABO-certified where required) with excellent communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states requiring license.
• ABO certification when applicable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain terms clearly.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear needs and measurements.
