Warby Parker is seeking skilled Opticians to join our in-house optical team and help people see clearly with confidence. You will become an expert in our brand and glasses, taking measurements, fitting eyewear, and ensuring the highest standard of customer service.

You will explain prescription terminology, assist customers in selecting frames and lenses, and collaborate with a motivated team to promote Warby Parker values and mission.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to help meet all of their eyewear needs
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy
• Check that finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers
• Collaborate with team to ensure exceptional service
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, face fit, and lifestyle
• Contribute to best practices for sales and customer service across the organization
• Represent our brand and educate others about Warby Parker values and mission
