Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license (or ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states).
• Passionate about eyewear and retail industries.
• Clear, effective, professional communicator; able to explain technical terms to customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to meet eyewear needs and record measurements accurately.
• Adjust and fit eyewear with flawless precision.
• Ensure eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with team to implement best practices for sales and service.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, face fit, and lifestyle.
• Represent the brand and educate customers about Warby Parker values and mission.
