Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states requiring license.
• ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states.
• Strong communication skills for explaining prescriptions to customers.

Responsibilities

• Help customers meet eyewear needs and record measurements with accuracy.
• Adjust and fit eyewear to ensure proper fit and comfort.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional service and share best practices.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses based on prescription, face fit, and lifestyle.
• Represent the brand and promote Warby Parker values and mission.
