Warby Parker is seeking skilled opticians to join our in-house optical team, helping customers see clearly and confidently. You will become an expert in our brand and glasses, assisting customers from first fit to flawless finishing.

You’ll record precise measurements, verify optical standards, and explain prescription terminology while collaborating with a motivated team to deliver exceptional service. Warby Parker values growth and learning for all.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed dispensing optician in applicable states or ABO-certified.
• Passionate about eyewear and retail with strong communication skills.
• Ability to explain prescription terms clearly to customers.
• Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy in measurements and fittings.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Check eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product options to customers.
• Collaborate with team to establish best practices for sales and service.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, face fit, style, and lifestyle.
