AEG is seeking an Optician to deliver exceptional eyewear solutions and patient care. You will guide customers through frame selection, lens options, and accessories while ensuring accurate measurements and proper dispensing.

You will collaborate with technicians and doctors, stay current on products and insurance details, and maintain outstanding patient service from order to delivery. This full-time on-site role offers strong growth and benefits.

Qualificações

• High School or GED qualification.
• ABO/NCLE preferred but not required.
• Minimum of one-year experience working as an Optician strongly preferred.
• Experience with HIPAA requirements preferred.
• PC skills to include MS Office, Windows, and Word Processing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent customer service skills and pleasant demeanor, experience with sales preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers extraordinary experience to each patient with customized product recommendations.
• Establish rapport by asking lifestyle questions to identify visual needs.
• Keep up-to-date on products, procedures, rebates, and lenses/frames.
• Enter prescription data into EHR and ALE; ensure documentation is attached.
• Assist patients in selecting frames, lenses, and treatments; ensure fit and comfort.
• Explain insurance coverage, warranties, and pricing to patients.
• Communicate with technicians and managers on order status and issues.
