EyeCare Partners is looking for an Optical Technician dedicated to providing a world-class patient experience while maximizing retail sales. This position includes dispensing and fitting glasses and contacts from prescriptions written by optometrists and ophthalmologists.

You will connect patient needs to the products and services offered, ensuring exceptional care. Candidates should have previous medical office experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience interacting with customers/patients.
• Previous medical office experience preferred.
• Favorable result on background check as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Execute Total Patient Experience and build relationships with patients.
• Determine patient needs and exceed expectations in service.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and educate on lenses.
