Rosin Eyecare, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a Team Lead to drive patient flow and oversee eyecare advisors at our store. You will promote premium eyecare experiences, manage daily operations, and ensure high standards of customer service.

Ideal candidates bring strong retail and optical knowledge, leadership skills, and comfort with POS and patient records systems. This on-site role may involve weekends and evenings to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and retail experience; preferably in optical and patient experience.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise or ability to master in short timeframe.
• Familiarity with technology, such as point-of-sale, patient record systems, and other software applications.

Responsibilities

• Leads eyecare advisors and sales associates; manages patient flow and pre-exam activities.
• Promotes premium eyecare experiences and ensures unsurpassed patient care.
• Supports practice management in achieving key performance indicators.
