Rosin Eyecare, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an energetic team member to support the practice as the premier destination for vision care. You will assist in patient flow, sales, and delivering exceptional eyecare experiences within a family-like environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, product knowledge, and adaptability to technology, with weekend/evening shifts as needed and opportunities for professional growth within a global eyewear organization.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and retail experience in optics.
• Familiarity with POS, patient records, and related software.
• ABO certification preferred.
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred in eyecare.

Responsibilities

• Support all primary care functions including patient flow and selling products.
• Lead eyecare advisors and sales associates and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Convey commitment to unsurpassed patient care.
• Identify root causes and develop long-term solutions.
• Support management in delivering key performance indicators.
• Assist with new technology and process improvements.
• Ensure safety programs are implemented and maintained.
• Work weekends and evenings as needed.
