Qualifications

• Familiarity with technology, such as POS and patient record systems.
• Strong communicator and listener.

Responsibilities

• Leads staff to deliver patient-centred experiences.
• Supports Practice Manager to drive profitability and improve operations.
• Monitors billing, deposits, and reporting for efficiency.
• Guides change management and adoption of new technology and processes.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and stock control.
• Assists with recruiting and staff development.
