Responsibilities

• Greets patients warmly and provides attentive service.
• Explores patient needs and links to eyewear offerings.
• Asks clarifying questions and consults with Optician as needed.
• Describes features and benefits of products using proper tools.
• Manages multiple tasks and prioritizes time.
• Operates the POS system and completes sales transactions accurately.
• Ensures pickup details are set and follows up for feedback.
