Responsibilities

• Ensure LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed customer service.
• Proactive and solution-driven, accurate execution and product knowledge.
• Assist customers with selections, provide recommendations, assist sales associates.
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• Custom fits glasses and precisely place prescriptions in lenses.
• Work with associates to strengthen knowledge, skills, and certification for lens and lab technology.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Create a safe working environment for all, demonstrate safe work practices.
• Responsible for basic operation, cleaning, and ongoing maintenance of lab tools and systems.
