Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a Licensed Optical Manager to lead the Mansfield Crossing store’s optical team. You will coach Opticians, consult customers on eyewear needs, take precise measurements, and ensure products meet standards and requests.

You will drive exceptional service, manage staffing with the Store Leader, and uphold compliance and store policies while fostering a positive, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license.
• ABO certification preferred in non-licensing states.
• 2+ years in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear needs and measurements.
• Take and record measurements, adjust eyewear, and ensure accuracy.
• Check that finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Lead a team of Opticians, coach staff, and maintain service standards.
