LensCrafters in Ohio is seeking a full-time Team Lead to elevate customer service and drive store success. You will manage key optical and lab processes, guide staff, and ensure exceptional patient and customer experiences.

You will lead by example in selling eyewear, training colleagues, and maintaining high standards for optical quality. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and hands-on lab tasks when applicable.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong optical and retail experience.
• Knowledge of optical theory and merchandise.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Interpersonal and math skills.
• Sales and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with cash registers and calculators.
• Leadership and training experience.
• Edging and mounting experience.
• Basic optics knowledge and measurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed customer service.
• Be proactive, solution-driven with accurate execution and product knowledge.
• Assist customers with selections and provide recommendations; support sales associates.
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• In lab role, optical processing and quality control; ensure finishes meet standards.
• Create a safe working environment and maintain lab tools and systems.
