Job summary

Warby Parker in St. Louis is seeking an Optical Supervisor to lead our in-house optical team. You’ll rely on your dispensing skills, product knowledge, and friendly demeanor to deliver outstanding customer experiences and ensure eyewear quality.

As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the store, mentor the opticians and retail advisers, and help uphold store standards and inventory systems while fostering a positive, energetic team culture.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician with 2+ years of supervision experience.
• ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to meet eyewear needs and record measurements.
• Check finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer specs.
• Lead and mentor Optical team and manage store operations.
• Open/close store as a keyholder and maintain inventory.
