Job summary

Warby Parker in Wisconsin seeks an Optical Supervisor to lead our in-house optical team and uphold exceptional customer experiences. As a keyholder, you will help open/close the store, supervise opticians and retail advisors, and maintain daily operations with energy and leadership.

Qualified candidates are licensed dispensing opticians or ABO-certified, with 2+ years of supervisory experience, and a passion for eyewear and retail.

Qualifications

• Must hold a licensed dispensing optician credential (or ABO-certified where applicable).
• At least 2+ years of experience, including supervisor responsibilities.
• Passion for eyewear and retail, with strong customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead optical duties: take measurements, fit eyewear, ensure accuracy and quality.
• Explain prescription terminology and product options to customers.
• Lead and mentor Optical team, manage store operations and inventory.
• Foster a positive, productive employee culture and ensure Warby Parker standards.
