Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor to lead our in-house optical team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. As a keyholder, you’ll help open and close the store and ensure smooth internal operations while inspiring a positive, productive work environment for opticians and retail advisors.

• Licensed dispensing optician with 2+ years of experience including supervisor responsibilities.
• ABO certification preferred for non-licensing states.

• Provide optical services and customer care on the sales floor.
• Lead and mentor the Optical team, including the Optician Apprentice Program.
• Open and close the store as a keyholder and maintain store operations.
• Ensure eye-wear measurements, fittings, and prescription terminology explanations meet standards.
