Job summary

Visionworks is seeking an Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager in Indiana to lead the store and support the General Manager in achieving financial and customer experience goals. You will coach associates, manage appointments, and ensure a seamless patient journey across the exam lane and sales floor.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.
• 1-5 years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Promote store profitability by meeting daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Supervise the store in the absence of the General Manager and coach associates for excellent patient/customer journeys.
• Coordinate doctor appointments and eyewear services to meet patient needs.
• Model strong customer service and oversee the exam lane and sales floor operations.
• Drive broad operational activities to achieve financial and customer experience goals.
