Job summary

Visionworks in Maryland seeks an Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager to lead the store in the absence of the General Manager and model the Visionworks way. You will supervise the team, drive daily sales, and ensure a simple, human, and bold patient journey.

You will coordinate appointments, guide associates on the floor, and coach for exceptional customer experiences. A HS diploma and 1–5 years of supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.
• 1-5 years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Promote profitability and sales targets with accountability for daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Supervise and redirect associates in exam lane and sales floor, ensuring a strong patient journey.
• Coordinate appointments, eyewear services, and meet patient/customer needs.
• Coach and motivate associates to achieve excellence in customer experience.
• Execute operational activities to meet financial and customer experience goals.
