Qualifications

• Minimum 1–5 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote store profitability and achieve sales targets by driving the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Model and guide the patient/customer journey, supervising exam lane and sales floor.
• Assist GM in managing appointments and services, ensuring patient needs are met.
