Visionworks is seeking an Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager to lead a store in Illinois. • 1-5 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote store profitability by achieving sales targets and directing daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Model and supervise the patient/customer journey on the exam lane and sales floor.
• Coordinate doctor appointments and eyewear services to meet patient needs.
• Coach and support associates to deliver exceptional patient and customer experiences.
• Execute store operations to meet financial and customer experience goals.
