Job summary

Visionworks of America is seeking a Licensed Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager to lead the store in the GM's absence. You will coach staff, drive sales, and ensure a seamless patient journey from appointment to service.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and a human, bold customer experience. Qualifying candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–5 years of supervisory experience, and a State Optician License.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.
• 1–5 years of supervisory experience required.
• Will have/maintain a State Opticians License.

Responsibilities

• Promote profitability and achieve sales targets through team accountability.
• Model and guide patient journey in exam lane and on the sales floor.
• Support GM by coordinating doctor appointments and eyewear services.
• Coach and motivate associates to deliver excellent patient experience.
• Resolve issues in the patient experience in partnership with the GM.
• Execute broad operational activities to meet financial and customer goals.
