You will train and coach the team, hire top talent, analyze reports, and partner with the Doctor of Optometry to elevate service. Requires 4+ years of management, strong communication, sales skills, and knowledge of optical merchandising.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 4+ years of management/supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of operations, processes and business implications.
• Ability to train, coach and hire the right team.
