LensCrafters in Houston is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will translate Brand standards into the daily store routine, coaching staff to achieve sales and service targets while maintaining optical standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of store operations, processes and business implications.
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
• Team building and management skills.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Strong math skills and basic cash handling.
• Sales skills
• Familiarity with cash registers and calculators.

Responsibilities

• Lead the LensCrafters team to deliver unsurpassed customer service.
• Provide training and coaching to the team using company programs.
• Analyze store reports and create action plans to improve KPIs.
• Attract and hire engaged team members for the store.
• Partner with the Doctor of Optometry to elevate customer experience and KPIs.
• Ensure flawless execution of operational, inventory, and visual tasks.
• Maintain safety programs to provide a safe and welcoming environment.
