For Eyes is seeking a Store Manager in Schaumburg, IL, to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer care. The role focuses on staffing, training, and maintaining expert eye care standards within a fast-paced retail environment.

You will collaborate with optometrists, manage payroll and inventory, and strive to exceed KPIs while promoting a positive team culture and customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 3+ years as an optical associate or non-optical retail management.
• Familiarity with POS system, computers and calculators.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Sales skills.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer experience and store KPIs.
• Recruit and hire brand-right associates.
• Coach and develop team and management bench strength.
• Manage payroll and inventory with accuracy.
• Lead Doctor of Optometry partnership and co-planning.
• Ensure loss prevention policy adherence and safety.
