Job summary

For Eyes, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Store Manager in Schaumburg, IL. You will lead store operations, recruit and develop associates, and drive customer satisfaction through a strong sales culture, ensuring flawless execution of the in-store experience.

You will manage payroll and inventory, collaborate with ophthalmology partners, and uphold loss prevention and safety standards while delivering strong financial performance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in optical retail management or as an optical associate.
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
• Familiarity with POS system, computers and calculators.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through the Simple Sales Process.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members.
• Give timely feedback to retail associates to improve performance.
• Recruit and hire brand-right associates and coach them for growth.
• Drive profitable personal sales and maintain a high level of customer experience.
• Analyze store financial data and recommend actions to improve profitability.
