Job summary

For Eyes, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic retail team, drive exceptional customer service, and coordinate the doctor-retail partnership to achieve store goals.

You will recruit and develop brand-aligned staff, oversee payroll and inventory, ensure loss prevention, and drive profitability while delivering a best-in-class in-store experience across our California locations.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 3+ years in optical associate or non-optical retail management.
• Familiarity with POS System, computers and calculators.
• Familiarity with operations, processes and business implications.
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
• Strong basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service using the Simple Sales Process.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members.
• Give clear, constructive feedback to retail associates.
• Lead staffing and ensure onboarding aligns with guidelines.
• Manage payroll, inventory, and administrative duties.
• Collaborate with Doctor of Optometry partners for joint planning.
