For Eyes, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Store Manager in Oak Park, IL. The role leads the retail team, drives sales, and coordinates with optical professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The Store Manager will train staff, manage payroll and inventory, and ensure loss prevention and safety standards are met. A strong background in optical or retail management is required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 3+ years in optical or non-optical retail management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Solid math skills and familiarity with store merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop associates and management to achieve store objectives.
• Coach and train team on dispensing techniques, sales, and customer service.
• Drive profitable sales and foster a customer-centric culture.
• Analyze store financial data and suggest profit-improving steps.
• Handle payroll, inventory, and administrative tasks accurately.
• Onboard staffing per guidelines and ensure HR compliance.
• Maintain loss prevention policies and safe working environment.
• Lead collaboration with Doctor of Optometry and store partners.
