Job summary

National Vision in Holloman, NM seeks a Store Manager to lead a busy optical retail location, driving customer service, sales, and promotions while supervising staff and coordinating with the doctor and host store teams.

Responsibilities include hiring and training associates, monitoring performance against budgets, and ensuring promotions and merchandising are executed. Growth and long-term career fulfilment are emphasised.

Qualifications

• Management experience in retail and/or optical industry.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business information and reports.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and maintain the highest level of customer service.
• Monitor and achieve profit, sales and performance goals (i.e. reviewing the P&L).
• Monitor sales results against budgeted performance.
• Hire, supervise and train all store associates.
• Interface with the doctor and host store associates on promotions and patient care.
• Ensure store promotions, advertising, and visual merchandising are in place.
• Provide daily and weekly statistics to District Manager and corporate office.
• Motivate associates to exceed performance standards.
