National Vision, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Eyeglass Manager to lead the eyeglass department, supervise staff, and uphold excellent customer service. This on‑site role emphasizes sales performance, staffing, and operational compliance across stores.

You will collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing, drive promotions, and maintain high standards for quality and efficiency. This position offers growth within a large optical retail network.

Qualifikationen

• Optical sales experience required; supervising experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and build associate relationships.
• Strong understanding of store operations and standards for success.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for team management.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial reports and metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems of varied scope.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and achieve profit, sales and performance goals (P&L).
• Oversee eyeglass department to ensure efficiency and policy compliance.
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Review remakes and enforce policies to ensure quality.
• Communicate with General Manager, District Manager, and Corporate Office; provide store reporting.
• Ensure promotions, advertising, and visual merchandising are current and understood by staff and doctors.
• Supervise and motivate Opticians and CL Sales associates; manage day-to-day tasks.
• Assist General Manager with staffing forecasts, recruitment and retention of qualified staff.
• Motivate associates to exceed performance standards.
• Duties may vary to meet state licensing requirements in certain locations.
