You will monitor KPIs, train staff, manage inventory and payroll, and ensure compliance with store policies. A strong focus on service, sales, and teamwork is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 3+ years in optical or retail management.
• Knowledge of store operations and processes.
• Strong influencing, communication and negotiation skills.
• Team-building and management abilities.
• Strong math and sales skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and store merchandise.
• High business acumen.
