You will collaborate with optical doctors to enhance eye-care services and drive retail growth, recruiting top talent to meet business goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience in customer service or retail.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with drive for results.
• Strong recruiting, selection and development capabilities.
• Proven selling skills and ability to motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver an outstanding guest experience every time.
• Set clear expectations and ensure Team Members are Guest Ready.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll weekly.
• Develop action plans for team development and performance reviews.
• Maintain store standards, merchandising, and promotions implementation.
• Partner with Target Optical doctor to support eye-care services and retail growth.
• Recruit and retain top talent to build a strong bench for peak times.
