For Eyes, an EssilorLuxottica retail brand, is seeking a Store Manager in Bolingbrook, IL. You will lead the store team, coach associates, and ensure a seamless customer experience while driving sales and profitability in a fast-paced optical retail environment.

You will manage payroll, inventory, and daily operations, partner with the Doctor of Optometry, and strive to exceed KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics. This role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 3+ years as an optical associate or non-optical retail management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of operations and processes.
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
• Team building and management abilities.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver exceptional customer service and the Simple Sales Process.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance using company programs.
• Deliver timely, constructive feedback to staff and address performance issues.
• Drive profitable personal sales and foster a retail selling culture.
• Analyze store financials and advise on profitability improvements.
• Oversee staffing, payroll, inventory, and administrative duties.
• Collaborate with Doctor of Optometry partners and plan together.
• Ensure compliance with loss prevention and safety programs.
