Target Optical, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Store Manager in Pflugerville, TX, to lead a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will manage schedules, coach staff, and ensure the store meets brand standards and sales goals.

You will recruit top talent, complete payroll, and build strong relationships with optical doctors to support collaborative eye care services and retail growth. Excellent customer service and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience in customer service and retail.
• 3+ years management or supervisory experience.
• Drive for results.

Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding guest experience with every guest, every time by coaching and modeling the brand playground rules.
• Sets clear expectations for Guest Ready customer service.
• Orchestrates floor flow and ensures a positive guest and team member experience.
• Develops action plans for immediate and future development.
• Ensures timely feedback and annual performance reviews.
• Maintains store presentation, merchandizing, and loyalty to promotions.
• Builds professional relationships with optical doctors where applicable.
• Captures schedules based on trends, forecasts, and guest traffic.
