You will recruit and develop talent, foster a simple, guest-ready culture, and collaborate with eye care professionals to grow the retail and optical business. This role demands strong leadership and a customer-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience in customer service and retail.
• 3+ years management or supervisory experience.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and drive for results.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving.
• Experience recruiting, selecting and developing talent.
• Proven selling skills and ability to influence others.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding guest experience by mentoring the team and enforcing brand standards.
• Creates schedules and staffing plans based on trends and guest traffic.
• Maintains payroll accuracy and completes hire/promotion paperwork.
• Develops action plans with Team Members and provides timely feedback.
• Builds professional relationships with store physicians when applicable and grows retail business.
• Recruits and retains top talent to maintain a strong bench of applicants.
