Job summary

EssilorLuxottica's Target Optical division seeks a Store Manager in New York to lead a high-performing team, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and drive store results. You will schedule, coach, and develop team members, while upholding merchandising and promotional programs across the floor.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, opticianry certification as applicable by state, and 3+ years in customer service or retail with strong leadership and selling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Opticianary License or American Board of Opticials Certification as required by state law
• 3+ years experience in customer service or retail

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver an outstanding guest experience, coaching to meet Playground Rules.
• Develop action plans for immediate and future development with Team Members.
• Ensure accountability for action plans and commitments.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and monthly coaching conversations.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll/new hires; ensure store operations.
• Maintain merchandising, promotions and store policies to drive results.
• Build professional relationships with Target Optical doctors where applicable.
