Job summary

Target Optical, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a Store Manager to lead a team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will set performance expectations, develop action plans, and coach Team Members to achieve sales and service goals.

With 5+ years in retail and 3+ years in leadership, you will drive staffing, payroll, and store standards while maintaining strong relationships with optical staff and management. This role is on-site in Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years experience in customer service and retail.
• 3+ years management or supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and drive for results.
• Experience recruiting, selecting and developing talent.
• Strong selling skills and ability to motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding guest experience by coaching team members to be Guest Ready.
• Sets expectations, builds action plans, and ensures accountability for results.
• Manages scheduling, payroll, and staffing to meet business needs.
• Maintains store standards, merchandising, and promotions.
• Develops professional relationships with store doctor and retail teams to improve service and performance.
