EssilorLuxottica Target Optical in Miami seeks a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will drive sales, schedule staff, manage payroll, and maintain store presentation while upholding brand standards and local requirements.

You’ll recruit and develop talent, coach colleagues, and collaborate with optical professionals to grow the business and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years experience in customer service or retail.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with drive for results and critical thinking.
• Experience in recruiting, selection and development of talent, and selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Team Members to deliver an outstanding guest experience, setting clear expectations forGuest readiness.
• Develop action plans for immediate and future development; oversee scheduling and payroll.
• Maintain store presentation, execute promotions, and manage merchandise strategy.
• Build professional relationships with optical doctors where applicable and grow the retail business.
