America’s Best in Bradenton, FL is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead a busy optical store. You’ll drive sales, elevate patient experiences, and mentor a retail team to perform at their best.

You’ll own store operations, budgeting, merchandising, training, and compliance, while partnering with the Doctor to deliver outstanding eye care and profitability. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of the optical/retail industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, staffing, inventory, and financials.
• Lead, train, and develop associates through coaching.
• Drive sales and ensure exemplary customer and patient experiences.
• Partner with the Doctor to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain store standards and accurate reporting.
• Manage budgets, merchandising, and compliance with policies.
