Qualifications

• Oversee store operations including inventory, finance, and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, staffing, and scheduling.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction through coaching and observation.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain visual standards and merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Doctor to ensure high-quality eye care and patient experience.
• Prepare and present reports to District Manager.
